I had to return one item from blissworld.com and, uh, it was way easier than I expected. The shipping label was simple to get, my refund showed up a few days later, and customer service got back to me quickly too.

I reached out to Bliss customer service because there was an issue with my order. They got back to me fairly quickly — not right away, but faster than some other companies I’ve used, so... The rep was friendly and got it sorted without making it feel like a hassle. I did have to send one follow-up email, though, which is why I’m giving 4 stars.

I’ve been using Bliss products for maybe a few weeks now, the hydration has been impressive. My skin usually starts feeling tight around midday or so, but lately it stays soft for most of the day. It also sinks in quickly and doesn’t feel greasy, which I really like. I’ve noticed fewer dry patches around my cheeks too. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably buy it again

Not gonna lie, this body cream actually surprised me. My skin feels way softer after using it, and it’s been really nice to work into my routine.
